These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Garasislot ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at garasislot.cam.

By registering an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, or otherwise making use of any service offered on garasislot.cam, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • Single account: You may hold only one active account on garasislot.cam. Multiple accounts per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Garasislot uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently registered on any self-exclusion list or programme, whether administered by Garasislot or any third-party gambling harm reduction programme. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not attempt to create new accounts.
• Not a Garasislot employee or associate: Current employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of any of the above are not eligible to register as Players and participate in real money play.

When registering an account on garasislot.cam, you undertake to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Submitting false or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth, fabricated address, or identity documents belonging to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund of funds.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a username of your choice, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence. You may also be asked to provide a Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets, transactions, and communications made using your login credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Garasislot support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account for any purpose.

Garasislot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4.3 Contact Details

It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address, phone number, and other contact details up to date. Garasislot will use your registered details for all account-related communications, bonus notifications, and security alerts. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay the processing of withdrawals or KYC verification.

Garasislot is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before certain features are unlocked. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

5.1 Required Documents

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• A valid Malaysian Driver's License — front and back
• A valid international passport (photo page)
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill issued within the preceding three months, showing your full name and residential address
• A selfie photograph of you holding your identity document beside your face
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., a masked screenshot of your Maybank, CIMB, or Touch 'n Go eWallet transaction)

5.2 Verification Timeline

Garasislot endeavours to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Reviews may take up to 72 hours during peak periods. You will be notified by email once your verification status is confirmed.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Garasislot reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for any account that has not completed KYC verification. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period following a verification request may be subject to review and, in cases of suspected fraud or regulatory non-compliance, closure.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Garasislot accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). All MYR deposits are credited to your account at par value with no conversion fees applied by Garasislot.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on garasislot.cam is RM30 for local payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes for local payment methods under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during maintenance periods or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Garasislot does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Garasislot applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals to a different method may be permitted following satisfactory KYC verification and at Garasislot's sole discretion.

6.5 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are subject to current market exchange rates at the time of processing. Garasislot is not responsible for any loss arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal. All cryptocurrency values are converted to and from MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of each transaction.

Garasislot offers a range of promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, and to these general bonus provisions where no conflicting specific terms exist.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering at the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms: slot games typically contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute at a lower rate, and sports betting contributions vary by market. 7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus balance remains active, the maximum single bet or wager is restricted to RM25 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency). Bets in excess of this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any winnings derived from such bets being forfeited.

7.4 Bonus Abuse & Collusion

Garasislot employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage"), and coordinating with other Players to abuse referral programmes. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

7.5 Garasislot's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

Garasislot reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player in good faith, the terms at the time of claim will continue to apply to that Player's existing bonus balance.

By placing any wager on garasislot.cam, you agree to abide by the rules applicable to each individual game or betting market, in addition to these general gameplay provisions.

8.1 Game Integrity & Random Number Generation

All casino games on garasislot.cam utilise independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and unpredictable. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in each game's information panel. Garasislot does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server interruptions, software errors, or telecommunications failures — Garasislot reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked funds to the Player's account. Garasislot will not be liable for any theoretical winnings that may have been generated during a period of technical failure.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Garasislot reserves the right to alter limits at any time. Where a bet is placed in excess of the stated maximum, Garasislot may at its discretion reduce the wager to the permitted maximum or void the transaction entirely.

8.4 Sports Betting — Liga Super Malaysia, EPL & International Markets

For sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and all other covered events: the rules applicable to each market type (e.g., Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2) are available within the relevant betting section. All bets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body of each sport. Garasislot will not be responsible for any errors in pre-match odds that are clearly the result of a data feed error, and reserves the right to void bets where manifestly incorrect odds have been published.

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the Garasislot support team via live chat or by email to [email protected] (plain text contact — not a clickable link). Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, after deduction of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements, will be returned via your verified payment method.

9.2 Suspension or Termination by Garasislot

Garasislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Evidence of bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion, or other fraudulent gambling behaviour
• Use of software tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a Player's bank or payment provider
• Regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement request
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period

Where an account is closed by Garasislot due to a material breach of these Terms, Garasislot reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the balance is determined to be fraudulently obtained, it may be permanently forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on garasislot.cam and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any automated manner
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or artificially transfer balances between accounts
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction of an illegal nature
• Providing false information in any communications with Garasislot, including support tickets and KYC submissions
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gambling control applied to your account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform

Any unauthorised use of Garasislot's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Garasislot hereby excludes all warranties, representations, and guarantees — whether express or implied — in relation to the Platform, its games, its availability, and its fitness for any particular purpose.

Garasislot shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, howsoever arising
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional material

Where liability cannot be excluded at law, Garasislot's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Garasislot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, we will provide notice of the change via your registered email address no fewer than 7 calendar days before the change takes effect, where practicable.

For changes required urgently due to legal, regulatory, or security reasons, Garasislot may implement amendments with immediate effect and provide retrospective notification as soon as reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1.

The version of these Terms currently in effect is the version displayed at garasislot.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Garasislot holds its operating licence.

We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly, and we aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channel, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before a recognised dispute resolution body. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
